It seems that everything else is either postmodern randomness to make stoned people laugh or swearing/pooping/penis jokes for dumb seventh graders up past bedtime.

i'd have to disagree, but i know where you're coming from. but really, what do you expect at 1:30 AM? lol. theres very few of us night owls up that arent baked, i think i only know 2 other ppl that watch that like me, dont do any drugs or drink.
i enjoy a lot of their shows, because i'm old enough to get a lot of the parodies they do. venture bros mocks johnny quest so dead on, its great. sealab 2021 always made me laugh when it was on (parody of sealab 2020), as does Aqua Teen. Boondocks is LONG overdue for another season, and i'm a guitar teacher so i really find Metalocalypse funny, i know ppl just like that, and theres a lot of jokes in there that only rock musicians might get.
12 oz mouse doesnt really grab me. other than that, theres not anything i really cant stand. i guess if you dont wanna see them, just change the channel.

When you mention those 2 shows only. You must mean that these 2 are the only clever shows worthwhile, right? If so then you are very wrong. Morel Orel has it's cleaverness as well. But despite being cleaver. I find the dumb ones to be funny. Dumb shows can be good as long as theyre scripted well like Aqua Teen. Its premise itself as well as certain situations can be dumb. But the scripting to it is still so funny and catchy that its still good enough to watch. Of course Aqua teen aint the only show on AS thats like that. The only things that i dont find worthwhile anymore are shows that didnt originally air on AS in the first place. Shows like Family Guy, Futurama. I still love futurama and all. But i find its syndication has went too long. Same goes for family guy. But dispite that. People will still watch these reruns 100 times per episode.
I do agree that shows shouldnt rely on penis jokes and whatnot. But shows that use these kind of jokes on a instant random occasion is purely alright. Take one of Aqua teens latest episodes called "The Dick Show". It had alot of references towards the penis even boldly having a character that looks like one. But, i dont see aqua teen making that kind of gimmick in all their episodes. So it's okay.
And just to add in another opinion note. Home Movies was nice to watch. But hardly funny. So I dont really mind that it ended.

purchase NRHH2: robotic chicken, Aqua teen starvation stress, King of the Hill BQ: i do not imagine so. I watched human being swim some cases very last week and they did not instruct any episodes of The Boondocks.

Actually, I'd say The Venture Brothers and Aqua Teen are the only thing on Adult Swim worth watching.

I know what you mean. I hope they bring back a second season of the Boondocks so I can stop watching the first off my DVR. For now I just watch Moral Orel & Tom goes to Mayor. There not as funny but they have there moments.

No theres still Family Guy, Futurama, and the Venture Brothers I think are still cool on Adult Swim.

I agree that most of Adult Swim's other shows have gone downhill (even ATHF isn't as funny as it used to be) but I still enjoy Venture Bros... And Harvey Birdman is already in the DVD collection.

ATHF and Boondocks are by far the best. You can only watch so many episodes of Futurama.

I miss Space Ghost and the Brak Show. At least they still show those on the fix. I also watch a lot of the anime they have, but they don't really show any of the good ones any more. Samurai Champloo is still pretty good though.
