Prefer in a glass with ice, especially the shaved ice.
Okay, now where did this come from? A lot of European countries drink sodas without ice but still in a glass.
And here's something odd on my end - I like fountain Cokes, even though there's a good amount of water in them. Go figure.

Mostly bottles. Cans w/ the tabs removed. Glass with ice is usually only necessary for Pepsi. I can't drink it any other way, too sweet.

Out of a bottle. That way I can close them between sips and keep bugs out of them. I have a roach phobia, even though I do not have roaches.
