Toweling off the pot leaves lint, so that's not a go...
please, if you have any ideas, that would be so nice!

ice cubes, salt swirl them for a while rinse coffee pot in steaming hot water......turn pot upside down to air dry..........no need to towel dry...............if you have hard water, try rinsing your pot with distilled water....

On the assumption that you are speaking about the outside surface of the coffee pot:

Use HOT water for the final rinse - always hand wash (never the dishwasher). Then use a micro-fiber kitchen towel. Don Aslett's micro-fiber towels are available thru QVC and they are awesome.

Cut up a lemon in the pot leave over night filled with water it will be sparkling clean

I wash mine and dry with paper towels, sometimes a scrub is needed, rinse with really hot water and dry with a lint free cloth or paper towel.

Mr. Clean dry eraser. It gets water and caffeine stains. It also gets the water stains off of faucets, and a 100 other uses! It's the best!

When I used to work as a waitress, we would fill the coffee pots half way with water, ice cubes, & squeezed lemon wedges, & swirl it around for a couple minutes. Worked great.

Use Dip-It for the inside.It is made for cleaning coffee pots.You can find it in the coffee section of the market.
On the outside just polish with glass cleaner or Pledge Multi surface.

I use LimeAway in the pot and the maker itself. And use a microfiber towel to dry.

Inside, use warm water and vinegar.

Outside, if stainless steel, use a stainless steel cookware cleaner and some elbow grease.

Use newspapers to wipe off excess water and air dry.
