Don't mess around in Vegas. They have some of the nastiest security this side of Disney World (no joke there). You think those are church groups that run the businesses?

They don't mess around with age restrictions in Las Vegas. If anything, it has gotten more strict in the last few years (with the tourism focus moving away from the family-friendly Vegas of the 1990s).

Nightclubs will almost always check ID. Even people who look 30 often get carded.

And if you're thinking about gambling, I'd advise against that too. Even if you 'hit the jackpot', the casino will check ID before handing out large payouts. If you can't prove you're over 21, they can take back all your winnings and eject you from the gaming area. If you're particularly troublesome, they'll slap a lifetime ban on you (and since two companies own most of the casinos in Vegas. that's not good) or call the cops.

In the past you would not have had a problem, but like all other aspects of America Vegas has gotten stricter with petty laws. Most people who look under 30 are going to get carded in nicer clubs or bars. You may get lucky and be able to get into a casino and order drinks in there, since they seem to turn a blind eye more often inside the casinos. However, Clubs and nice bars are quite strict in Vegas these days. I am 28 and look about my age and still get carded quite often in Vegas.

And as far as FAke ID's.. dont bother. Vegas club bouncers have seen them all will be able to spot one right away.

You will get ID'ed all over Vegas. The casino hotels reserve the right to ask for ID from anyone anywhere on their property at any time. If you have a fake ID and get caught using it, I hope you have a good lawyer because you will be prosecuted.

You may get lucky, but I wouldn't bother. If you need to be 21 and look 15, you will get carded. However, if they are busy, you may be able to slip by. Don't try to get a fake ID. You are 18 and will be arrested if the police stop your for something.

Vegas probably isn't the best place to be. I don't think it's a good idea to try to get in if you are under age. I'm not trying to act like a parent...but IDK.

DO NOT USE A FAKE ID IN VEGAS! YOU WILL REGRET IT, THEY WILL DETAIN YOU AND YOU WILL GET IN A LOAD OF TROUBLE.
