need to install hp 3930 lost disk not on walked threw step on my comp to install couldn't find hp 3930 on list plez help

Go to www.hp.com. Look for support and downloads. Just type in the model number of your printer and operating system. They will have the drivers. Save the drivers to a separate folder named something like hp 3930. From there you can open the file and run the .exe setup file.

I feel your pain I was once having problems and called Hp and the call was forwarded to India no offense but I could not understand a word that person was saying
