it maybe the hearing must first be lost.

but factually, lightning carries a large amount of high voltage about 115,000 volts. even in our home electricity is only about 220 volts and even touching just one wire of it is very harmful....how much more the 115,000 volts hitting to your body might has a serious fatal to human beings...it might a person be burned-out the whole body after being hit by lightning....and I doubt if a person is still alive...So what senses have you left if your dead?!!

I have always heard hearing, but I guess it depends on the severity of the hit. If you are or were hit by lightening, I would definitely contact your doctor.

most likely your eyes because just with the impact of the lightning hitting you, it can cause diffculty with your vision

i am going to guess that it is hearing because light travels faster than sound and you would think that you couldn't hear what just happened for a few minutes after because the sound would have to catch up
or it might be vice/versa
