Premium pay on 7th day not required for employee whose total weekly work hours do not exceed 30 and whose total hours in any one work day thereof do not exceed 6, in specific wage and hour orders.

It's pathetic just like the rest of the USA. Maybe instead of raising it they should lower it & then people could starve to death & we wouldn't have to be poor anymore, because we would be dead. It's obvious they are never going to raise it to a livable wage anyway!

Not sure but in Massachusetts it is barely over $5.00
