i got in a fight with a friend and i was soo mad my best best best best friend tried to comfort me and i lashed out on her. now she hates my guts what do i do?

Depressed is usually insecure and hurting. It is a very vulnerable state and can produce strong emotions. The best thing is to work on the reasons for your depression and gain the strength to have security and strength in yourself, that will help with the depression and eliminate the angry feelings.

You should apologize as soon as possible. Let her know your situation & that you didn't mean to take it out on her, sometimes anger gets the best of us & we say or do things we don't mean. You should also work on controlling your anger & knowing where to direct it. Anger Management for that matter. You need to get a grip & learn how to deal with bad situations when they happen. You taking it out on other people is never a good thing, it can cause you to lose them even when you don't mean it.
