is medicinal marijuana constitutional?

NO! But it should be legal for those who can use it to help in their suffering!

If, by eating Bananas (insert any God given plant here), One could handle their illness and the pain it causes, then yes, it should be available to them.

While our government thinks the use of pot by anyone, illegal, We need to support the use of (nearly) anything that be of aid to the ill, so long as it is a benefit to them and does not cause more problems.

More defination of the above is needed! But this is a start!

There is nothing that addresses the issue in the Constitution either way, so it is not Constitutionally prohibited. It is against Federal Law, though, so those laws would need to be repealed or an Amendment passed to overrule them.

People in pain do get morphine too. Medicinal marijuana helps with appetite and mood I believe.
Not a big deal compared to morphine or oxy-contin that seems to be highly addictive.

Its a joke, only to help addicts get their pot legalized too bad they are using sick people to do it.

Not covered in the Constitution.

I used to smoke that stuff its garbage. Not harmless

There are laws for a reason Democracy does not mean you may do what you please.

They Call it Dope for a Reason cause that's what it makes you.
There are much more powerful pain killers out there for prescription. prescribing something that causes caner theres is nothing medical about it.
