It's actually called "Beep Beep" by The Playmates. I listened to this song numerous times as a kid on an oldies record I have here. The big 33 RPM ones. Old.

It was about being followed by a little Nash Rambler, whose horn went beep-beep-beep. I think it was from the fifties, 1958.
Actually the car was stunk in second gear and the last line of the tune was "Hey buddy how do I get this car out of second gear?".

It was from the 59's -- it was called "Little Nash Rambler" don't remember who did it .
