(3^3-2^4*3)/(4*(3^2-2-3))
= [(27 - (2^4) *3](4(3^2 -2 -3)
= [27- 16*3]/(4(9 -2-3)
= -21/4(4)= -21/16

The problem here is what do you mean by 2^4*3?
Do you mean 2^12 or (2^4) * 3?

Also suspicious is the (3^2 -2-3). This could mean exactly what it says: (9-3-2) = 4, but if so, why not just say 3^2-5)?

In any event, my answer is in accordance with the rules.

Always simplify from within the innermost parentheses and solve the terms that involve addition and subtraction first and then those that involve multiplication and subtraction.
