Just being in Vegas is fun. The things you see on the strip, the lights at night, going in and out of all the big casino's, they are beautiful. Free shows in just about every casino, jump on buses on the strip and ride down to old Vegas its a blast. Street vendors all over in downtown old Vegas. Caesars Palace has a mall inside that is mind boggling. All the casino's have shops. Grab a bus and take a tour of Hoover Dam. Tours of Liberace's museum and house, candy factory tour's.
We went there last year with a friend that didn't gamble and she said she was in total awe of everything. She had a blast and so would you.

I enjoy walking the Strip watching the other people. If you want to go to a show, check out the 2 locations that offer 1/2 price tickets for certain shows that day - one is near the M&M store, the other is in the mall acroos from the Wynn (with the flying saucer). You won't find tickets for things like Blue Man Group, but I have seen Jubilee, Clint Holmes, and the Hilton Star Trek Exhibit with discount tickets. There's also all of the freebies along the strip that have been mentioned - Belagio's water show (try seeing it from the top of the Eiffel Tower), the rain shower in the Desert Passage, the Siren show across from Tangerine, the volcano eruption near Treasure Island, the tiger show in MGM. For a price, you can take a gondola ride at Venezia or see the sharks at Mandalay Bay or ride the roller coaster at New York, New York. A little further north, you can see the free acts at Circus, Circus. If you have a car, drive out to Hoover Dam or visit Ethel's candy factory, get a free sample, and see their cactus garden.

It depends on your age. Adults can see plenty of shows with the likes of Elton John, Barry Manilow, etc.
There are also plenty of hotles just to walk through and sight see.
If there are kids. You can go to Paris and see a smaller versionof the EiffelTower. It's fun to go through the Caesars Palace shops (forum). There's animated statues and great shops along with ice cream! Alld ay long during brief intervals, there is a show with the fountains at the Bellagio. The fountains are put to music. I think it is every 30 minutes.
If you are with kids, go to Circus Circus. All day long they have circus acts running on the stages. There is also a carnival atmosphere there for the family with all kinds of games and the kids can easily win stuffed animals and the like.
There is also an arcade there for the kids.
During the summer, there's a great water park on the strip for the family. Or use the pool at the hotel you are staying in.
At night, go downtown by the Four Queens. The streets are closed off in those blocks to traffic and the street above has a giant electric covering that has shows running every night with lights and music. It's great!
And then there's food. ...Lots of it. Vegas has some of the best and cheapest buffets in the world.
If you eat in Circus Circus, plan on spending extra time there at the buffet. You will probably have to wait in line though. Especially on the weekends.

There is a lot to do in Vegas even if you don't gamble. There are shows galore in all price ranges. Some are even free. My suggestion is to go to the website www.lasvegas.com and browse everything. The big hotels all have websites too. I would visit as many hotels/casino properties that I could. They have a lot to offer. Restaurants, shops, entertainment. it is a very fun city.

Lots and lots: shows, exhibits, sites in and near town, restaurants, spas...In fact, many tourists, especially the family crowds, come to Vegas just for the other attractions, not for the gambling (although some might spend a few quarters at the slot machines...).

Check out the link below for list of hundreds of great attractions, many free of charge.
