Just let yourself feel bad about it. The pain will never go away completely, although if the Saints win the Super Bowl -- which they might soon, given their talent -- it will make up for all the losses.

You deal with the loss by being proud of what the team accomplished this season, then rooting for the NFC representative Bears. They will be back. They have a very good young head coach, and quite a bit to build on for next year. Great season Saints. Go BEARS.

Look at it this way: At least they won't be the team that gets their rears handed to them by the Colts. I've always been a Saints fan, but I'm sort of glad that the Bears will be on the receiving end of a Colts thrashing instead of the real "America's Team."

I hear you. It was like hearing a hurricane was heading straight for us again. But we need to be damn proud of our Saints. They had a hell of a season. They'll be stronger next season & go all the way!
