that music is 'locked'
so is there anyway i can like copy it and put it in another file to like use it or somethin

Since you seem to be a relative beginner at these things, I recommend buying the CD of the song you want, and using a program like CDEX to rip the audio to a file on your computer. You can then use that file however you want (including in video editing software), as it would be unprotected.

There are ways to break the DRM on your iTunes music files, but it is not easy for people who don't already know what they're doing.
