You press a shirt with an IRON.

I think the motto for a well digging company could be BORON, because the process of digging a well involves boring, so you might say "Bore on!"

A police man is a cop, or COPPER.

The Lone Ranger's horse was well known from his catch phrase, "Hi-yo SILVER, away!"

I don't really know what a cowboy might say like "I..." after riding a bronco. I tried saying that with each of the elements after it, and none of them sounded like anything. I guess it could be RHODIUM, because he's saying "I rode 'im," but if that's the case, your teacher should be locked up for making such a bad and pointless pun.

A 2000 lbs casket is, wait for it, KRYPTON. This one is almost painful. It's because it's something that weighs a ton and could be placed in a crypt. So it's a crypt-ton. See, it's really bad.

The leg joint above the calf is the knee, so maybe it's NEON, but that's another dumb one. Silly puzzles like these aren't the way to teach students anything about the elements. But those are my best guess at your answers. Good luck!
