By the environment, the peers, the education- by everything we go through- the difference is how a leader uses and applyes the accumulated experience- it's a matter of character and of inner value.

Yes. You threw me off with the "great" part. Nelson Mandela was probably the last great leader I can remember. They have a higher calling than money & power.
