I'm STILL NOT A BELIEVER when it comes to the Bears.
They were fortunate that it was cold and inclimate weather.
Let's be honest, the Saints couldn't handle the cold and the Bears D knew it and took advantage of it.
That's what they were supposed to do.
I'm not saying the Bears don't have good D because THEY DO.
I'm not saying the outcome would have been different if the weather had been better cause I don't believe it would have.
Grossman had a good day. Will he have a good game in the Super Bowl?
Brees and the Saints O had a horrible day.
If Grossman plays in SB like he played Saints;
If Manning plays like he played today against NE;
If BOTH Ds play the way they played today;
If both teams special teams play the way they played today;
All I can say is WOW!
IT's GONNA BE A HECKUVA SUPER BOWL.
i'M STILL PICKING THE COLTS.
My ORIGINAL PREDICTION was the Saints and the Ravens.
I always liked the Colts but didn't thing they'd get past Ravens. I believed if they got past Baltimore they'd go to SB.
They had me worried.

I don't know. I guess I'll have to tune in to find out. I'm just thrilled the Colts won the AFC. The Patriots are a great team, but they've been to the Super Bowl several times. Nice to see Peyton Manning's team get in there.

Bears defense- if you look at ANY major sports championship, the "best offense is good defense" rings true; yet the Bears have conquered both offensively strong AND defensively strong teams.
