I really want a job so I can learn responsibility and make a little cash. What options are available?

There are tons of ways to make money, just get ur name out there. Help out and old lady with some yard work, deliver newspapers, go to a local farm and scoop horse crap. If you want to work hard enough tons of adults will be will to pay you, cuz they dont want to do that sort of stuff themselves.

My first job was a cashier at a grocery store - knowing how to use a cash register will most likely help you with future part-time jobs and you get a lot of great interaction with people. Just a thought!

sometimes you can work in some food places as bus boys or fast food places. some of my friends work for the town we live in by working at the library or even at the school. you can probably as your counselor or if your school is like mine a career center and they usually have job opportunities. other ways are babysitting but that isn't always a regular thing.

Winter: snow plowing
summer: lawn mowing, life guarding
Fall and spring: Car washing (in neighbor's own drive way) just print and distribute flyers around your home.
All are easy and high paying.

baby-sitting u get like 20-60 dollars a night or u cud mow lawns or other teenage stuff.
