you can do your own homework, but

so just rearrange that to get the radius

The equation you use to find the radius :
C = 2 x pi x r ( x stands for times)
Then, r = C / 2 x pi ( / stands for divides)
Question 1.
For C = 56.52 inches, r = 56.52 / 2 x 3.14
r = 9.02 inches
Area of circle = pi x r squared
= 3.14 x 9.02 inches squared
= 255.47 inches squared
Question 2.
For C = 144.44 meters, r = 144.44 / 2 x 3.14
r = 23 meters
Area of circle = pi x r squared
= 3.14 x 23 meters squared
= 1661.06 meters squared
Question 3.
For C = 184.632 centimeters, r = 184.632 / 2 x 3.14
r = 29.4 centimeters
Area of circle = pi x r squared
= 3.14 x 29.4 centimeters squared
= 2714.09 centimeters squared
Hope it helps....

probably no longer, the supplementations used interior the cereal are probably from animal resources (stuff like diet D or B12)... and every time sugar is used that is a 50/50 probability that it become filtered by ability of bone char. It doesn't have any glaring animal elements, yet maximum vegans would probably no longer eat it if the supplementations were from animal resources... you'll hit upon out for advantageous through writing to the corporation and asking if the supplementations are strictly from vegetarian resources or no longer. they're obligated to bare the reply. Calling the shopper provider line gained't help, the those that artwork there purely have little scripted sheets with straight forward Q&A solutions, and they probably doesn't understand something like this.

The circumference of a circle is given by the formula
C = 2pi(r)
1) Since C = 56.52, then if we plug this into the circumference formula
C = 2pi(r), then
56.52 = 2pi(r)
To solve for r, we divide both sides by 2pi, getting
(56.52)/(2pi) = r
Use your calculator to reduce that.
Now, try 2 and 3 on your own.

Ok here goes...
Circumference = 2 x pi x r
divide both sides by 2 x pi and get:
C/2 x pi = r
Now you can plug in your values for C and you get
1.) 56.52/6.28 = r
2.) 144.44/6.28 = r
3.) 184.632 = r
I'll let you do the rest. Make sense?
Good Luck!

Here's how to solve it ...
First, find the radius by plugging C into this formula ....
d = C / pi
thus r = d/2
Area of circle is: r*r*pi

C=(pi)r^2
56.52=(pi)r^2
Divide each side by pi=3.14
r^2=18
Take the square root of each side.
r=4.24 in.
Do the same for the next two problems.
I hope that this helps.
