--I ask this because this is a sickening aspect of the law practiced in America, death penalty is a premeditated murder and may God have mercy on the JUDGES who sentence this penalty. for one day we all shall be judged too, may the grace of God be with you.

As of August 2006, there are 38 states with the death penalty. The only states without it are:

Alaska Maine Minnesota

Vermont Hawaii Mass.

N. Dakota W. Virginia Iowa

Michigan Rhode Island Wisconsin

Thank God TEXAS does!, and we are leading the pack for most executed ( non ever killed only executed) ! I would personally fund an electric couch so we can do 3 at a time!
