tell all of your friends that at lunch tomorrow that you will have a meeting. you will all have to think of 2 compliments and 1 way that each person in your group will have to improve. if everyone is telling something about everyone else then she wont think that you did this just for her. you have to get the point through affectively but really nicely. i did this with my friends because one of them was always throwing fits and being a complete pessimist 24-7. it worked really well and i also got ways that i could improve. make sure to give your friends at least a day warning so that they can get their thoughts together. good luck i hope it works!!!

I have the same problem first i just tried to be patient with them. then i started givig hints that they are annoying. then, if they don't get the hint, just tell them that what they are doing is very annoying. make it clear that you still want to be their friend, but you just really hate what they are doing.

If it's their behavior/attitude/actions, call them out on it. Or simply allude to the fact that you'd like to be alone now. Usually, people don't know they're being annoying, so help them out by showing them how NOT to be.

"You are so annoying that I find you terribly attractive because that means we have so much in common. Like, ya know? Like, wanna play 'make-up stylist?'"

Yes, it would be difficult not to!

Seriously, only a true friend would be that honest. You need to tell your friend his / her weaknesses to help them become a better person.
