It should sound kinda like "Once Upon a December" (minus the vocals) or it can be made with a pipe organ even.
It should sound like something Count Dracula would dance to at a ball he'd throw

If you don't want actual classical music, then your best choice is Labyrinth of Prayers by ODK- (Order of the Dying Knights). It's etherial, interesting, haunting, and easy to dance to if you actually know how to dance. It's easy to spin slowly in a cirlce and wave your arms about in synch with if you don't. Unfortunately, the album it's on (Miranda) is sixty-five dollars if you go to amazon. I'd suggest contacting the band themselves, who have been known to be really easy to do business with.

listen to Disintegration (the album) from the Cure. I think the opening track may work. Coppola used it in Meri Antionette (sp?)
