Sad. She had the best credentials of the contestants, but once they turned on her she was playing a losing hand. That being said, she was indecisive and needed to be fired. Personally I would have quit too. The bit about sleeping on the lawn is ridiculous. You are supposed to conduct yourself in a business like manner and then they stick you out in the back yard like a croquette set or a lawn jockey. That is wrong and frankly the group should have come forward and said this is childish and unless they change the rules they will all leave. That is what should have happened but these people are stupid enough to act like school kids during a job interview.

I think she made the right decision in leaving the show. She was overwhelmed, and it was obvious that her performance was not up to the same level as the other apprentices. While I am sure she is an excellent business person outside of this show, she was out of her league here. Some people just can't perform outside of their comfort zone.

If she did not quit, she would have been fired anyway for being indecisive and losing the confidence of her team. Her resignation almost resulted in Trump firing another member of that team. My guess is that since she deserved to be fired that badly, Trump decided not to overly penalize the team by firing someone else. She should not have quit, but this did not change the outcome of the episode.

not watching any more..fed up with the Trumpsters recent behaviour,not taking sides.Just that his mouthing off turned me off of him..he could have handled things differently.proffessionally what ever..hope the apprentices do well though.wish them luck....I just can't look at HIM anymore in the same way ... oh well..............enjoy..

She wimped out; a real contender would have faced up to be fired, not have quit.
