It isn't necessary in the slightest: there will be no health consequences whatsoever if you decide you don't want to shave your legs.
It's all personal preference, really. If you think its a waste of time and don't want to bother with it, then you don't have to. If you don't like the feel of it or you're uncomfortable with not shaving, then go ahead and do it. Most girls start shaving their legs when they get into middle school (around 12-13 years old) and mostly because they're told its what you're supposed to do. I have very sensitive skin, so I shave maybe once a week (any more than that and my skin gets extremely irritated), and I just don't like the feel of my legs being hairy.
In the end, its all up to you and what you're comfortable with.

using fact some ladies in basic terms don't sense mushy discussing shaving and different issues to do with 'growing to be up' with their mams. and a few ladies don't sense mushy shaving in any respect. some ladies do no longer purely like the assumption of growing to be up and having to handle shaving legs and stuff like that - it relatively is in particular 12 and 13 365 days previous ladies that are like that.

do you like the 'hair' look? Most people prefer the satin-smooth look for women..it's so much more attractive and feminine than having hair like the guys..so you'd probably get a better rating with shaved legs

It is a personal preference. Most ladies (including myself) shave for cosmetic reasons, it appears more attractive to men...But there are many women who have chosen that shaving their legs(or armpits for that matter) is not as important to them.
Do what is going to make YOU happy in the long run

i don't shave, and i always wear shorts and skirts and stuff in the summer. i'm not hairy either, and no one has ever noticed.
in fact when i asked my friend if i needed to shave and to be honest she just looked at my legs and said "no".
so i guess that's that.

Who cares. In the winter, I don't shave my legs often. My boyfriend doesn't care because he knows he's gettin' some - hairy legs or not! :-)

not necessarily but it looks more groomed if u shave. now another issue is what method coz once u start u have to keep doing it. u can use veet with aloe vera, it doesn't make ur skin too dry.

As long as you dont let it get out of hand. As men we understand that our women have hair on their legs. As long as you keep it groomed, it's going to be ok. Just don't let it start looking teen-wolf esque.
