Chad looks ok to me I dont think he's ugly, he's cool infact and powerful. Chad is a good friend to Ichigo and it was Ichigo that made he went to soul society to rescue Rukia.

im a guy and im not gay in any way but i think chad is really cool he ijust a level lower then ichigo in my cool list
