was it the incas, aztecs, or mayans. All i remeber is that they set a date for which doomsday will be. I remembr they have a clock which is based on the moon and they are only 30 seconds off 1000-3000 years later. PLZ HELP ME

The Mayans ended their calendar in 2011. This was not a doomsday, but the beginning of a new era. In reality, it was probably a case of they took the calendar that far and decided they would worry about doing it further when the time came.

How many years in the future would you make up your calendar? I doubt I'd go beyond my own expected lifetime.

You probably mean the Mayans. They didn't say that's when the World would end - that's just when their calendar runs out!
