Alaska, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Maryland, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Texas are all considered to have panhandles, and West Virginia has both an eastern and a northern panhandle.

Even without a panhandle my state, Arizona, is the best out of the 50.
