Possible solution:
(1) If you have regular period take anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen,
aspirin, and naproxen one day before your period is due to arrive.
(2) Having a warm bath or lying down with a heating pad or hot-water bottle
on your lower abdomen may also help
(3) A walk around the block or a few sit-ups will stimulate your muscles to
release feel-good
(4) When resting in bed, elevate your feet or bend your knees and lie on your
side.
Solution related to diet:
(1) Reduce or discontinue consumption of any caffeine containing
beverages or foods
(2) You may be prescribed vitamin-B supplements. These help relieve
symptoms in some persons
(3) Herbal teas(chamomile, mint) may help reduce symptoms of
dysmenorrheal for some women
(4) Get plenty of essential fatty acids, which are found in canned
sardines, salmon, flaxseed oil, and ground flaxseed, among other
things
(5) Take extra magnesium and a multivitamin-and-mineral supplement.
(6) Take extra vitamin E during your menstrual cycles
(7) As much as you can, eliminate trans-fatty acids from your diet
(these are found in foods like
commercially prepared pastries,
which contain margarine, solid vegetable shortening, and other
partially hydrogenated oils).

Children's liquid Motrin, check the side of the box for your weight to know how much to measure out or ask the pharmacist.
For example, my 12 year old is about 72 pounds and would take 2 teaspoons. Depending how much you weigh you may need another teaspoon, but make sure you read the box carefully so you don't take too much.
Good Luck

Heat is great for helping with cramps. Taking a hot bath, or putting a heating pad on can help. Also, mild exercise helps.

If you are old enough, have you considered birth control? The pill is tiny and is very easy to swallow.

ohhh the cramps. i know them well. Try taking something like midol, and take a hot water bottle or warm cloth and holding it against where your cramps are comming from. It might loosen the muscles and calm them down.
