Yes it does. I like dogs but sometimes it can be too much. In paris I think they make dogs wear a special coller that squirts lemon water on the dogs face whenever the barking get higher then a certion decibel. Soon the dog learns to bark in a lower decibel. And the lemon water is a minor irritant so it does not harm the dog.

I suggest you get that for the dogs in your area.

LOL are you kidding? I live in the country, so I'm surrounded by the sounds of nature. Birds chirping, neighbors' dogs barking, And... I have this one neighbor that is a chicken farmer... 5 Freaking 30 every damn day...I hate those damn roosters. Hate 'Em!!! I have racoons sneaking onto my porch eating my cat food. Black bears tearing thru the garbage. Sometimes I miss living somewhere that has street lights and chlorine in the water supply. lol
