I wear suits all the time. With that said....If the collar of the blouse is cut in such a way that it fits neatly over the collar of the suit, then wear it over the jacket. If not, it is okay to wear the collar inside. When i purchase a suit, I always try to find a blouse that is cut the way the suit is cut because my personal preference is to wear the collar over the jacket. Hope this helps.

Depends on the collar of the shirt and the cut of the jacket.
I tend to like the collar of the shirt standing straight but not outside of the jacket. I usually eliminate this by wearing shells or cami's

It depends.. On the suit and your style and why your wearing it.
If you are going for a more business outfit I say put collar over jacket.

Men tuck the collar in, women let the collar come out of the jacket. Men only tuck in their collar because of the tie.

I honestly think it depends on the suit being wore.
There are suits that are designed for women that allows for the collar to be over the suit jacket.
I think it is is the wearer's choice!

If it's a professional suit, I'd wear it underneath.
