My personal favorite is the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They have rooms which look out onto a beautiful serenghetti and grazing wild animals! The food there is also terrific. But it is one of the more expensive Disney hotels.
Coronado Springs is my favorite moderately-priced Disney Resort and nothing beats saving money. So the All Star is a great choice if you are on a tight budget or traveling with small children.
If you will be traveling without children, I recommend the Grand Floridian, Saratoga Springs, Contemporary, Caribbean Beach, or Port Orleans Riverside - as they tend to be more geared for adults.

They are all superb. However, it is a matter of personal choice and what you can afford.

If I didn't have to budget, I would choose either the Grand Floridian, or Animal Kingdom lodge with a Savanna view. Unfortunately, I also have a mortgage back home to pay, so I stay at the value resorts. I have used Pop Century and All-Star Movies. (Of the 2, I prefer Pop Century)

Remember, you can stay at a value resort, but go "visit" the other resorts. There are wonderful restaurants at each of Disney's resorts. We have gone and spent time relaxing in the lobby of the Grand Floridian listening to the piano player, we have watched the fireworks at Magic Kingdom from the beach at the Polynesian, and sat around the fire in the Animal Kingdom lodge. When we leave, we returned to our value resort rooms for a good nights' sleep and then began another day of adventures!!

Have a great time!

In my opinion, Disney's Polynesian Resort is the best. Disney's Polynesian Resort has the highest return rate of all the Resorts at Walt Disney World. It was also one of the first Resorts to open with the Magic Kingdom on October 1, 1971. The other Resort to open that day was Disney's Contemporary Resort. But while it's the best Resort on property, of course, it's also one of the most expensive. It's the most gorgeous Resort, though, with the most beautiful rooms and the best views on property. It's home to the fantastic Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show (Polynesian Luau) and one of my most favorite restaurants, the Kona Cafe. The volcano pool is awesome and nearby is the beach with hammocks and chairs. Across the Seven Seas Lagoon is the most wonderful view - Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to the left, the Magic Kingdom and Cinderella Castle straight ahead, and Disney's Contemporary Resort to the right. It's the most breathtaking sight at night when everything's lit up and Wishes Nighttime Spectacular, the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom, is taking place. I also really love this Resort because of all the transportation options. It's so easy to get around property. There are shuttles to just about anywhere, a water launch to the Magic Kingdom, the Monorail that goes to the Magic Kingdom and nearby Resorts, a walkway to the Monorail that goes to EPCOT, and another walkway that goes to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Disney's Polynesian Resort is just ao amazing. It's definitely the best Resort on property. But really, all of the Resorts at Walt Disney World are awesome.

Check out this website for some awesome pictures of the Resort and some more information...

It's kind of funny. A lot of people assume Disney's Grand Floridian Resort is the best just because it's the Flagship Resort and it's big and white. However, even the majority of Cast Members at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort admit that Disney's Polynesian Resort is the best. I mean, it's obvious. It has the highest Guest return rate.

Also, I have to warn you - SeaGirl isn't a Disney Expert (I don't know why she always says that). First off, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort isn't best for Guests 16 and older only. So many families with infants and toddlers stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort everyday. It's not really that luxurious of a hotel. The youngest children are certainly welcomed. Second, the rates at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort don't start off at $345.00, they start off at $375.00 And finally, Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge isn't located along the Monorail, so I don't know why she said "If you want a more reasonable hotel on the monorail, I would definitely recommend the Animal Kingdom Lodge." Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is all the way on the other side of Walt Disney World property. It's not anywhere near the Monorail, and the only form of transportation there is by shuttle bus. (Sorry! Just wanted to let you know that someone who claims they're an expert gave you incorrect information.)

Anyway, hope I could help! Have fun!

My favorite is the Caribbean Beach Resort. It's HUGE, but how can you not feel like you are on vacation when Calypso music is playing all the time in the background? Plus, each of the villages has their own 'quiet' pool, in addition to the big one. It's a great place to wind down and soak those leg muscles before they get sore. See ya there in 96 days!

Sincerely I vote for inexpensive Music, Sports or Movies Hotels.
They have simple accommodations nice pools, landscape and are kids oriented. They have basically the same benefits of the more expensive hotels like bus services to the parks, free parking and early entry when apply. They are located near the parks and Down Town Disney. I used this Hotels like 5 times and I really recommend them.
Anyway in Disney, if you want to see the parks, the hotels are only for sleep.

i think of Disney is working a definite top now.... 7 days for the value of four after which you would be able to get hopper passes. the income of staying at a form of motels is which you get prolonged hours on the parks. My dad and mom are certainly on the French Quarter now. they say that's eye-catching. and because they are staying on sources you get in an hour early and get to stay late. this night they are on the Magic Kingdom till 3 am!!!! Plus you get loose shuttles between all the parks and the inn and you do no longer could difficulty approximately identifying to purchase parking ($12 an afternoon!!! in step with park) the income of the hopper passes is to illustrate while the Animal Kingdom closes for the night you could pass over to the magic Kingdom and examine out belongings you have neglected.yet individually i think of you're able to do Magic Kingdom in an afternoon. i might say 2 days for Epcot, it relatively is in basic terms approximately like 2 parks in one. you have all the destiny stuff interior the front and then all the countries interior the back. yet it relatively is in basic terms my opinion. I even have been to Magic Kingdom soo many situations that i don't have lots activity in alot of the failings anymore. yet see the factor is that in case you have those hopper passes you could examine out each and every of the parks for at some point and then spend time sorting out your famous areas yet another day! Tip: you could carry food and beverages interior the park... food could nicely be overestimated so i might propose bringing water bottles which you would be able to fill at fountains and in step with risk %. a lunch and do in basic terms one meal interior the park. in basic terms an theory!

My personal favorite is the Grand Floridian. Some prefer the Polynesian, which is also nice, but is not as fancy as the Grand. The Grand Floridian is a Victorian Style hotel right on Disney's Monorail system. It is very convenient and saves a lot of time. You can go on the monorail to Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The rooms are a very nice size and elegant! The restaurants are wonderful. There is a spa that resides at the hotel. I have never been, but I have heard that it is very nice. For guests 16 years and older only! It is also on the water. The rooms start at 345 dollars a night. If you want a more reasonable hotel on the monorail, I would definitely recommend the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is a very extravagant hotel and you can watch safari animals rome from your room! It is amazing! (Ask for Safari View) They also have a amazing suite(if you are interested) it is called the Sahara Suite. Also ask about the safari tours when you get there. Hope this helps you!

none of the ones on Disney World property. Stay at the Marriot Orlando World Center (http://marriott.com/property/propertypage/mcowc&EPCEC=InProcess&EPNAVCEC=InProcess) . That is one of the BEST resorts with top of the line beds and a great view of the Magic Kingdom midnight fireworks.
