Guess what? The people who are trying to keep the masses sleeping want us to feel weak useless and powerless and this kind of question will get you feeling EXACTLY that: weak, useless and powerless. One line? Yeah, it's all going to hell in a hand basket. Is that what you're lookign for? If that's it, that's exactly what the people in power -- who are creating a situation where the rich get richer and everyone else sucks at the dregs and struggles and fights over the crumbs -- that's exactly hpw the people in power hope to make you feel. Like you cannot change anything. Like you can't demand more money. Like you can't demand justice. They want you to feel mentally defeated. Don't help them.

Just look to the EU for the answer, they seem to be the Liberal ideal. Also look at China and sub-Saharan Africa.
