How about CYBERIA?
I've always wanted to name my own internet cafe that but can't because I have other concerns to attend to before I can establish my own shop. The name suggests a cool, mysterious place and has connections to the information superhighway because of the word "CYBER".
Or incorporate the tech words "NANO", "DOT" or "COM" to indicate the kind of business you offer.
