We don't allow abortion.
We oppose a government legislating a woman's right to do with her own body and reproductive system what she feels is necessary for her.
If you don't agree with abortion don't have one. But don't tell me I can't make my own decision for myself.
Are you willing to raise the children of unwanted pregnancy?
Are you willing to pay for and emotionally support a child born out of rape or incest?
I don't think any woman wakes up one morning and says "Hey today is a good day to have an abortion"!
Use some sense!
Most women agonize over making that decision!
Whether you choose to believe it or not abortion would exist even if it were illegal. Much as street drugs do.
I agree it is a terrible thing but because of a variety of reasons a necessity for some.

Not a Liberal. I will give you some insight. Abortion is only wrong if you are a religious person that believes life begins at the moment of inception. To others it is not what they believe. Religions ban it because they want the offspring for their flocks......yup they call their followers flocks....I guess it is an inside joke with the leaders of most of the religions...they think of their followers as sheep. What can I tell you.

"Conservatives," you've had all but 8 years in the Whitehouse since 1980. I don't think we need to vote democrat to "allow" abortion. The republicans are doing a fine job keeping it legal.
BTW--I'm a choose-life democrat. So stop stereotyping.

I'm not for abortion but not entirely against it. I don't mind if people abort because they could die from going through with the birth, but some crazy drunk teenagers who forgot to use a condom would not be the time I would be for it.

A devout Religious person would be against abortion and capital punishment .
A callous pragmatist would be for abortion and the death penalty .
But it takes years of therapy for liberals to say its OK to kill the unborn yet you may not kill the a convicted murderers that languish in our jails .

If you really want to know the truth abortion is better than finding dead babies laying in the streets.
It's much more humane.

since most of you have come to the conclusion that most Demo crates are single mothers on welfare, it seems safe to assume that most of the abortions being performed today are on the teenage daughters of wealthy Republicans that don't want to have their little girl's life ruined by an unwanted pregnancy.
