"The Good Life" off of Pinkerton, which is Weezer's best album.
"Surf Wax America" off of the Blue Album is really good, too.

Unfortunately I cant think of a best song, but without a doubt the best album is their first(the Blue Album). Each subsequent album (though Im not familliar with the pink album-is that right?) has been stale really. I bought their latest album for a couple of songs(beverly hills and another one) and was immediately dissapointed because I shold have known better. Weezer had one good album and everything else is just obsolete and boring.
