its 270 degrees.

think of it as a circle with an x-y axis through it. now, think of the lines as markers for degrees counterclockwise; the one pointing to the right is 0 degrees; straight up, 90; to the left, 180; down, 270; and to the right again is 360 (and 0). when you take angles, you assume that they start from the 0 mark. therefore, if its -90 degrees, then you take 90 degrees and go clockwise (its going backwards because its negative). This is -90, also known as 270.

If one leg of a 90 degree angle lies on the floor and the other leg is perpendicular with the floor (straight up!) the second leg will be "upright" (like an upright piano?) and the angle is called a "right" angle.

Anti-clockwise rotation is counted as positive angle
Clockwise rotation is counted as negative angle
- 90 deg >> rotate 90 deg clockwise from reference line (normally reference line is positive x-axis)
