what are some recomended schools to be a cad technician thanks

I would pick something close and cheap, then do all you can to stay at the top of the class. Anything you learn better than the rest of the students will make the difference more than choosing a higher recommended school. Dude, I didn't even finish my drafting certificate, but at work the engineer and the associate degree always depend on me to help them with their cad questions. It helps to get the software on your home computer.
