I'm doing a project for my grandparents and want to mimic a real newspaper page from 1947. I know what I'm going to put in it, the only thing missing is the price of the newspaper on the page. I think it should be less than .25 Cents? I'm not sure though. How much did one cost?

2 or 3 cents. I sold papers on a street corner in 1954 for 5 cents
