I am a Cancer and I feel that we are prone to depression more than Virgos because we have good memories and remember all the good with special emphasis on all the bad times in our lives like if it was yesterday. Leo is prone to depression too because if a Leo loves someone and if that person day is bad so is theirs. Virgo tend to no matter what they are going through, they find some light at the end of the tunnel. You only see a Virgo's sadness when they can not bottle it up inside anymore.

Not really more than the Capricorn. However Virgos will aways be let down because of there strong Perfectionalism. The world is not a perfect place and Virgo hates this and is always feeling the negative effects of humanity. That's why most Virgos go into the work of service to others and helping anyone out.

Virgos lack self confidence and take life too seriously. The sense of duty and responsiblity almost crushes them. They also suffer from an anxiety complex. All these things could make them depression prone. However depression is related to the mind and mind is represented by moon in astrology. So if the moon in the horoscope is strong, a sunsign virgo may not get into depression inspite of all the qualities mentioned above.

Yes. I know someone who could be the poster child for the sensitive and depressed virgo. She probably has an earth or water sign as a rising sign to double the effect too.

I was with a virgo for 17yrs they are worriers about everything and anything... They are selfish and material things are more important to them they are also quite mean with money unless it to spend on themselves... They live their life with the attitude ite their way or no way in a sense they are quite like a spoiled child.. They are not very considerate and have nasty minds speckled with paranoia..

I never knew him to show signs of depression Im not saying all virgo,s are the same most of the population have felt depressed at some time it doesnt have anything to do with your star sign...

I don’t believe Virgos are more prone to depression than any other sign… I think, naturally, we set high expectations for others (and ourselves) and we're disappointed all of the time. However, we do not lumber; We just move on trying to find perfection somewhere else… we can’t help it. and by the way, VV, being around me is simply a joy:-)

I'm not overly sensitive, and I can only think of a few times in my life when I have been depressed.

But by way of my attention to detail, I noticed that Vincent Vega has a problem with just about every sign in the Zodiac--smile.

I dont want is wrong with them. They seem way too serious , no kind of sense of humor.I guess if you spend your time monitoring every ones every move you probably would be pretty much an asshole. As for depressing , it seems that they depress the people that is around them with all that nit picking, overlycritical, dogmatic, stubborness.Just being around a Virgo just makes you wanna die!!

No. The Virgos I know have more of a "my way or the highway" type of personality.
