Ok, I'm trying to comprehend the chaos that is Malice Mizer. No, not their music, I have known and loved their changing music since forever. But I've just now had the desire to understand the band HISTORY. As I read about their constantly changing band members, I came to the conclusion that I am confused. Can anyone who knows this Jrock band lend me a helpful hand? I read this: "After some "creative differences" Tetsu had with the band's co-leader Mana, the vocalist left Malice Mizer, causing them to go into a one year hiatus" and am now wondering -- Why did these ppl keep leaving the band? and is Mana, the beautiful man that made me fall in love with the band (besides Gackt) an evil dictator behind that fragile exterior (that's what I've been hearing)? Why did all these people drop out? >.<; I was so sad when they split T_T

Okay, well I think the main thing is that many of the members were soloists to begin with. They used MM as a sort of springboard.
I think Mana does exactly as he wishes, and if the others have issues with his vision (being a founder of the band) then they go off on their own.
Well, there is always fanfiction... *wink*
