February 17th (this one was on Jan 18th)

I heard about this rule and I thought it meant to cut your hair when the moon is still new, meaning until it reached its half, so you're still good for a while this month.

Feb 17, give a day or two either way, depending on the calendar (astro) you follow! Feb 02, is full moon.

Have you got a calendar or an almanac? Sometimes calendars show the dates of the new moons, full moons, etc. A current almanac would show all.

Or, go to internet: key words, Moon phases, dates of moon phases
