Heroes is definately better. I have never really gotten into LOST. Some people say they titled the show that because the writers are lost. I can't wait for Heroes to come back on on Jan. 22 '07!

Heroes. It was too challenging for the average adult to follow Lost. Heroes is a solid show with good characters, good actors, good writers, and a excellent production team.

LOST is a great show if you can get the DVD's and watch it in order. It is mesmerizing and complex, with great characters. I will say LOST, but I don't think this is a fair contest, and half the people on here who are picking Heroes haven't seen LOST.
I don't know how you can compare the two. They're different kinds of shows. It's like comparing Seinfeld with ER.

Heroes is much better! The whole idea of Lost is stupid. They should have died off or been found by now. Also, how is it that the fat guy is still fat? :-)

Heroes. Though season 1 of Lost was good, it has gone downhill fast. And Lost is more Drama show then really untriguing fantasy. And in my book Scifi/Fantasy/Comics always surpass Drama. Cotton candy instead of a spoon of sugar.

I've never seen heroes but i always watch lost.. its really good but you need to be up on the beginning episodes to know whats going on.. i you can see all of the back episodes.. its great, but sometimes confusing
