nicely...To be elementary i'm unsure i'm getting the question yet right here is going. i do no longer think of Breakfast counts as a form of food. that's a meal that all and sundry could eat standard to offer to the max. Cereals, Pancakes, Toast, Scrambled Eggs/ Eggs Benedict etc. Pizzas are a form of junk food so i doubt you will possibly decide for that for the period of your menu. yet healthful variations may be made out of scratch which incorporate the backside...do no longer purchase PREMADE BASES!! :P Kebabs/Kabobs are additionally a form of quickly and gratifying meal as are Tortillas and Fajitas. A Salad, seeing as you're a vegetarian seems to be a large, low carb option to pizzas and burgers. Pies are a delights, exceptionally interior the wintry climate months. A poultry Pie, or Mushroom Pie, or a gorgeous British Shepherd's Pie or beef Pie might hit the spot. wish i might have further a variety of meals on your menu, and understood your question properly. Goodluck
