I think it was the Postal Service. They had the cool video with the people manufacturing ICs that Microsoft stole for a commercial. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2G-ISXUXUUo The audio on Youtube is horrible and compressed you it may sound different.

unless I am thinking of a different commercial
