i got married at 19, and he was 23...that was 16 years ago last thursday!!! we waited a long time to have children though.
you can make it work if you want it bad enough. never-NEVER say the word DIVORCE...you can never take it back! and love each other no matter what! there is alot of hard hard work involved! some days you wake up, and wonder what the heck was i thinking....then there are others that remind you just exactly what it was!!! enjoy every day-good bad or indifferent!

No there would'nt be any kind of legal problems because you are over 18. However, I was married at 17 to a man 11 years older than me so i know where you are coming from. We have a wonderful marriage and three kids now. I'm 25 now and can tell you from experience that it will make somethings in your life harder. Do you want to go to college? If so you might want to wait. I've been in school off and on sence 2000 . It diffently made college more difficult of course kids did'nt help. Just follow your heart and the rest will follow. It sounds like your not sure right now...you might want to take more time to think about it. Good luck!!!

Well I am 20 and I wouldnt ahve wanted to get married last year. Make sure that you arent making any childish decisions since you are still oung. I know plenty of people who got married at that age and did not have any major problems. So if this is the right guy then go ahead.

There is no problem, I got married young as well ( my husband was thirty then).

I just want to warn you to listen to the warnings and words of loved ones before rushing to the alter. I didn't. I am 24 now and often wonder if things might have been better if I had?

just make sure ur emotions are not ruling ur mind, and that woudl be alright.... but a guy at 25..... if he is mature enough to understand u, then igo for it. if he is the type who isnt matured to hold huge responsibilities yet, then i woudl say.. hold it off to another 2 years or until he is grown.

bec even when u r young, but ur man is matured and will understand u, then it will go far.. but if both of u are immature about life and the respnsibilities of being married, then its bound to be a big problem...

most states as long as your over 18 it's fine but don't go into this lightheartedly. go to school get an education try living on your own for awhile. but if your positive he's it then don't let others talk you out of it. i married at 19 and we been happily married for almost 4yrs. despite naysayers.
