Might be a nice gesture if the circumstances call. Like freezing cold in the middle of the night. I would. Matter a fact my fan belt broke on furnance many years back. I called my furnance man he came....and it was in the middle of the night. He brought his wife with him.... she held the flashlite. I did give something extra. can't remember how much.

no you probably got charged more and they probably got a little overtime
