HI JESEY
when i first went on the pill, i had the same problem only it was on my upper lip and looked like a moustache.
my doctor prescribed a cream by the name of iodochlorhydroxyquin to even out the discoloration....how embarrasing to have a BC moustache

yes becuase it changes your hormones and that's what causes that, if you are talking about skin pigmentation changing

If you're talking about melasma, yes they can cause this.
