I am planning to study aerospace engineering in the USA and then work there as a aerospace engineer. I read that a person who plans to work in the USA after studying there will not be given a student visa. How can I work in the USA after studies there and how do i bring my family there to accompany me when I study since I am disabled ?

After completing your education you are allowed to work for the period of 4 months. You are also allowed to work during your study years ( but only in school holidays). It is during these work periods you can gain confidence of the prospective employer to sponsor you for work. So if you are able to get student visa, get it and start sudying. You don't need somebody to accompany you because you are disabled. The facilities are designed in such a way, that you will be able to manage your things on your own.

You may want to search on google: US Goverment Immigration

You can get a study visa since you are studying there, but you will need a working visa if you want to work in USA, too.
