You need to add more RAM. Take the computer to a service center for a RAM upgrade.

Shawn H, how can you have so many "Titles" and not know what you are doing?

Low on virtual memory - virtual memory is a "file" on the hard drive, and by default Windows will manage it FOR you.
R-click My Computer, -->Advanced, Preformance, Advanced, at the bottom is Virtual Memory, click "Change", select your drives & "System Managed Drive".

When you don't have enough RAM, windows places parts of programs & data on the hard drive - you can set the size or let windows manage it.

Getting more RAM will help to speed things, but you will STILL see the message until the "file" size is increased, if you have a lot of programs. or tthey are real large, you will use up all of the available RAM.

You need to right click on My Computer. Go to Properties. Go across to Advanced. Click Settings on Performance. Click Advanced in Performance. Virtual Memory is at the bottom. Just change the numbers higher.

it means that you need to resize or increase the size of the space alloted for your computer's virtual memory.. here:

To change the size of the virtual memory paging file
-Open Computer Management (Local).
-In the console tree, right-click Computer Management (Local), and then select Properties.
-On the Advanced tab, click Performance Options, and under Virtual memory, click Change.
-In the Drive list, click the drive that contains the paging file you want to change.
-Under Paging file size for selected drive, type a new paging file size in megabytes in the Initial Size (MB) or Maximum Size (MB) box, and then click Set.
-If you decrease the size of either the minimum or maximum page file settings, you must restart your computer to see the effects of those changes. Increases generally do not require a restart.

Notes

-To open Computer Management, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management.
-You must be recognized as an administrator or a member of the Administrators group on your computer and on the computer you are managing to perform this task.
-You can view or change system properties on a remote computer or a local computer. To access a remote computer, right-click Computer Management (Local), click Connect to another computer, and then select the computer you want to connect to in the list.
-For best performance, set the initial size to not less than the recommended size under Total paging file size for all drives. The recommended size is equivalent to 1.5 times the amount of RAM on your system.
-Usually, you should leave the paging file at its recommended size, although you might increase its size if you routinely use programs that require a lot of memory.
-To delete a paging file, set both initial size and maximum size to zero.

this is from a help document for a windows xp operating system..
if this isn't accurate for you, try checking out your computer's help.. type in virtual memory as a key word and you're on your way.. good luck!

Its nothing bad its just that the computer is usually running out of power to visualize hi color images, windows or anything of that source...Usually waiting a while works but if it doesent, just put it to sleep for a while and if that doesent help, try restarting it... That should help.Good luck

you have a lot of programs, and are running out of space to store things, take it to bestbuy and tell them you need a bigger hard drive (a total of about 100 dolloars) or go to comtrol panel add or remove programs and remove programs you dont need/ use anymore
