tricky situation depending on your notion of lies.It is very rare to come across such a candid question.Just keep in mind that lying could have adverse legal consequences and while you may get trapped in the transactions, as the first person, your employer has exit clauses and alibies. He can easily switch over to a denial mode. You can use some ruses and wits with regard to your employer, rather than being blunt. This does not mean that I am asking you to lie in another guise.Your honesty is commendable and please do stick to some values, But as we know, the ways of relations with employers can become complex. in that case just quit.On the other hand, you can gain your employers confidence by the results of your work instead of by the word of mouth. You have asked a core question that is faced by many.
